Everyone is helpful and respectful the employees don't seem to lose their warm smiles and if they don't know the answer to your question they apologize and find someone who does.

Sanford hospital has some of the best doctors, heart surgeons and nurses. I was transferred to Sioux Falls and asked which hospital I wanted to go to. I’m so glad Sanford was the one we picked as I had the best care while I was there. Everyday the physician and surgeon came in and discussed what they knew and what next step was. They never once just jumped into anything and had constant communication with other Specialist to make sure they were making the best decision. The ICU nurses in the Heart Hospital were fantastic. If you need a good Physician Dr. Alisha Hemraj is amazing!! She truly cares about her patients!

If the rating is based on the doctors and nurses providing care it would be a 5 star rating. The problem is once you reach billing. They outsource everything and some dont send bills while others pend insurance and you don't know what to pay for months. I set up a payment plan for everything owed to take care of bills. I get random calls from collections of triple a and rushmore asking for money. I call and am told they didn't include that bill for random various reasons. It's impossible to take care of bills with this place. The funny thing is the mental anguish and stress has caused me to need to get medical help. It's a vicious cycle.

I Love this hospital. I go here frequently due to some medical conditions I have and we've always favored and loved this location. Everyone is super nice, always helps you find where you need to go, and the care is just so great. My doctor, nurses, and everyone who works in the suite I get seen are all SUPER nice. My doctor thoroughly investigates every matter I tell her about and if she doesn't know the answer she'll bring in another specialist for me to ask questions and get looked at. I've never been to another hospital that loves their patients this way and truly care about making you feel comfortable and on your way to feeling better.

I had the gallbladder surgery and I had put it off for so long, not realizing how sick that little tiny organ was making me. Removing it was the best thing I had ever done. I only put it off because I had so many well-meaning friends who kept trying to convince me that I could *clean* my gallbladder and everything would be great. Baloney! How very dangerous is it to take such advice from people who have no clue what they are talking about.

Great place with works that have a true passion. I felt like I was family here. The parking was great. The food is good. The location is excellent. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Such a great place, they truly care

All the staff that I've ever encountered were always very knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. It's the worse feeling in the world to encountered rudeness from staff while going through illness with your child.
