I recently moved to Watertown SD. I needed a medical doctor and my friends referred me to Dr Horn. Their experience with her was very good. I was very happy with my choice of Dr Horn. She was informative gave me options and explained each one thoroughly which was greatly appreciated. She followed up and set up the needed appointments with specialists. Her staff is amazing.

Made me all kinds of tests which I never have had to do. I found her rude. Plus I was told I need to have my blood work done every 3 months. Never ever had that done before. Very unhappy. I am looking for someone else or else switch clinics. She needs to learn how to care for her patients in a much better manor. Very disappointed

Scheduled me for the wrong day was only in the appointment for 3 MINUTES. She didnt even touch or examine me. She treated me like I was stupid and made very rude comments about me. Not professional in any way. Never coming back. Not trusting to be in her care the way she treated me and my sister who is also no longer coming back. Wish there was a 5 star
