I just had multiple fillings replaced/repaired by Dr. Anderson. She is very professional and considerate. Some of the work was difficult but she made me as comfortable as possible. Minimal lingering discomfort afterwards. Highly recommend.

I moved to Fort Mill 3 years ago and have been to three differenct dentists. Dr. Michele Jasper was a God send....I was so discouraged after my last dentist who talked me into a bridge that ended up cracking my upper tooth, misaligning my entire mouth and causing more problems that I originally went in with. Dr. Jasper was so kind and knowledgable and fixed my mouth. She repaired old caps, took out old fillings and realigned my mouth again. After the first appointment I knew that I had found a home forever with this practice!!! I am so grateful to Dr. Jasper and her entire staff for their kindness and professionalism and knowledge. Save yourself the search and the agony of going to other dentists and learn from my experience. I am telling you, this office is the best!!!!

I had a routine cleaning appointment with Jasper Dentistry last week. After the appointment, they sent me a follow-up email, which included a review request on Rate-a-Biz, which I did. However, so far it has not appeared on the website (maybe because of the 3 star review), so I'll leave the review here as well.I reached out via email weeks before the appointment to advise I'd lost my job due to COVID-19 and would like to negotiate a cash price for the cleaning. I was told "Fees are a set fee." Additionally, after multiple emails, I learned that I was required to get x-rays completed at the appointment because the dentist's insurance requires patients to get them done once a year. X-rays are $70. If I was unable to pay for the x-rays at the appointment, I was advised to reschedule.After the appointment, as I was checking out, I was asked if I wanted a receipt, which I did. When I review this receipt, I see that I'm charged an additional $10 fee for "COVID19 PPE." I was not notified of this charge beforehand.I'm simply disappointed with the lack of payment options and additional fee after being a patient there for over 3 years.The facility was clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. For COVID, they closed the sitting area and have hand sanitizer available at the check-in window. They also require patients to wear masks.
Great care and customer service! I have just moved into the Fort Mill area and finding a new dentist is always stressful. Lisa, the hygienist is very thorough and kind. Dr. Anderson provided great information about my overall tooth health and was very open and honest! Highly recommended!
Dr Andersen is the best. She and her staff are pleasant, fun, and professional. She has helped me with issues I had for over a year from a previous dentist. In just my first couple visits. I would highly recommend Jasper Dentistry.

ATTN NEW PATIENTS: I selected Jasper Dentistry to become my dentist 3 months ago as they seemed very personable and professional. I was ok waiting the 3 months as a first time patient to get on the list for what seemed like a great dentistry practice. Prior to scheduling my first appointment I spoke extensively with the staff about what should be expected during my first visit and had my records (including all xrays) transferred to Jasper. A handful of days ago I received a text reminding me my visit was coming up and gave Jasper a call to confirm they received my records and xrays to which they confirmed, yes. It came as a surprise to me today, during my first visit while Im sitting in the examination chair, that I find out that the Jasper Dentistry practice requires a full set of 18 xrays (which insurance only allows every 3 years). They had my full mouth panorama xrays from my previous dentist but they refused to accept them. Not only was it embarrassing, but I waisted scheduled time away from work as well as 3 months waiting in line to become a patient. My advise for Dr. Jasper and her practice to please have your staff communicate to new patents the actual requirements to becoming a patient of your practice. By being caught off guard at the last second I felt entrapped and my trust was lost. There was ample opportunity for this requirement to be communicated. By not being told the real truth I felt I was being lied to and is that how any new patient wants to feel.The staff acted professional as they were understanding of my concern but insisted there was nothing that can be done as my next eligible panorama xray will be in 2023. I do hope to rebook in 3 years when I become eligible or perhaps they reconsider preforming a basic exam utilizing my current xrays, but until then Ill have to locate a new practice that accepts other office xrays.
