Dr Freeman is very wise and knowledgeable. He is soft spoken and very thoughtful as he treats his patients. My son my dad and I have all seen him and we are grateful for his expertise and wisdom. We trust him 100%! He has great staff- especially his nurse Jo who is a great person!!!!
Dr. Freeman treated my husband several years ago & now he has treated me. I found him to be communicative about what he had found, he answered my questions while looking me in the eye & his manner, while businesslike, also was quite approachable. I noticed that the only other posted review was very negative & I wonder why. Both my husband & I found Dr. Freeman to be very much like what we look for in a doctor. Perhaps the previous posting was because the patient didn't feel his questions were answered fully. Whatever the case we can both highly recommend Dr. Freeman.
I saw him a few years back. He leaves a lot to be desired for a Dr you are trusting with your health! I had a visual evoked response done. The tech and med students were very unprofessional. At one point I asked one to leave my room and because of that Freeman yelled at me at the end of my appointment. I felt he didn't take his time and was just trying to rush me in and out. When he asked me questions he hurried me along and never allowing me to finish. Your money is better spent at Avera Mckennan hospital!
I have been a patient of Dr.Freeman for 16 years. He is one of the most kindest doctors that I have seen.
I feel like there is a communication disconnect at this office. I received my test results by mychart. When I called in with a question, it took 4 business days to receive a call back from the nurse. Once talking to the nurse it made me question who is taking care of me when my condition is referred to as headaches when its actually blurry vision. It was just a strange experience overall, so I talked to another Sanford dr. and was told to check out Avera. Thank goodness for honest doctors.

This doctor was impersonal and insensitve to my needs as a young women. he flat out told me since i had one child that should be enough even though there is no medical reason i shoudlnt have more chidlren. he also told me my symptoms where all in my head and i should go to a phycaitrsts. I have MS yes its in my head!
Dr. Freeman saved my life and has helped me rebuild my life after a life threatening illness. He is among the best neurologists in this country. I have seen many doctors and I know that he is the best.
