Marcia Sentell does not have an adequate amount of comments to generate the sentiment analysis.
One of the best.
This was my first visit here, Dr. Sentell was very professional and answered my questions. She is very knowledgeable.
Very nice. This was my first visit with here. Staff good from the front desk to the exit desk.
First time I saw this doctor was for my yearly exam. I came down with a nasty infection the next day (have not had any problems there in over 24 years)! Insisted on a return visit to discuss. Noticed that the speculums being used were not new/disposable, but had supposedly been cleaned in an autoclave. Well, obviously NOT very well. She denied any culpability. I noticed that the office changed to using disposable speculums now.
Let us start at the beginning. My mother went to this doctor for a yearly checkup as she always does. She has survived breast cancer twice already. She had lost weight and had a pain in her side and nothing was ever followed up on. Being 81 yrs old you would like a little more attention to detail and would expect this to have been addressed but it wasnt. Two months later she was diagnosed by her primary doctor with Stage 3C ovarian cancer. I am not sure how this was missed and if you are searching for a competent doctor I would advise you to search elsewhere. With the survival rate of this terrible disease these doctors need to take their time and listen to their patients carefully. The Health care system as it is today is not what it used to be. I remember when they actually cared about their patients. Hope this doesnt happen to anyone else.
My mother went to her for a yearly visit. She is a 2 time cancer survivor. She had lost over 12 pounds from the previous year and was elderly which should have been a red flag. Think about it.... after you sign in your always weight!! 7 weeks later she was diagnosed by her primary with Stage 3C ovarian cancer and endometrial/uterine cancer. No way!! This could have been missed. Sadly her chance of surviving is less that 39%

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
