Very professional and informative. Stephanie at the Preston Road location was superb!!
We had a great experience- Minimal wait time and staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and spent time explaining information and answering questions. Glad we found them and would not hesitate to return if needed.
Very friendly, courteous and professional staff.
Very efficient with excellent information given. Minimal wait time. Center was clean and spacious. Personnel very pleasant.
Very clean and efficient facility!
Prompt, professional, and caring! What a great team and the facility was clean and nice. Definitely will look to them for more urgent care needs.
The staff and doctor are very attentive and caring.I would recommend this Sinai Urgent Care to my friends and family! From the beginning to the end my appointment was safe and easy😊
Registered for an appointment for the same day. Received a "thank you for registering" email that stated I would receive another email in several hours letting me know when to make my way to the facility. Never got it. My appointment was for 4:45. Got there at 5 and waited before responding back to the email. Called a few times and finally got someone on the phone. I was told they did not see my information and to screenshot the email to the number. I did as requested and never heard from anyone after I sent the screenshot. Called back and was told they never received the screenshot. Meanwhile, I've been waiting outside in my car for nearly 2 hours. This was a waste of my time that I can never get back as well as horrible communication on their part. My advice to the owner would be to update your registration process and have someone monitor it properly.
Good experience. Cecilia and the rest of the staff took great care of me!
I’ve gone here several times, they’re always friendly and efficient!
Highly recommend this establishment for rapid COVID19 testing. Scheduling is easy with clear instructions. Staff is PPE ready and very polite. Got the results back in 15min.
I came in on December 26 for a COVID19 rapid test. After getting a negative result, it was recommended that I get a PCR and would have my results 72 hours later. Its been 4 days and I havent gotten my results back, I have called 6 times over the past several days and have not been able to get ahold of anyone. The facility was clean, the employees were SO kind but I cant get in touch with anyone about my results????? Its incredibly frustrating but I know theres a lot going on so Im trying to be understanding but to not answer calls during business hours? Thats not a great sign!
Came in for a rapid covid test as I wasnt feeling too well. Rapid test was quick and everything going smooth. The dr recommended doing the PCR test then. She said to wait in the room and they would come do the second test. 40 min passed and finally someone came in but clearly she looked confused. She was never told to come in to give me the test so I was just sitting there waiting. When she came in I noticed the name and birthdate were wrong on the vial. She apologized and said she would get the correct one. I doubt Ill be getting those results back considering she didnt have my name or birthdate on the vial.I could not believe it. I will now have to go somewhere else and hope they have the right patient on the test! Wont ever be back here and Id advise against going.Update even filled out their after appointment survey. It said someone would reach out to me. Still havent heard from anyone about my results or the survey. Clearly this business does not care.
Per the website, patients are screened prior to entering the facility as well as placed in a room based on COVID symptoms or simply precautionary testing. Other than texting my name upon arrival, I wasnt asked any information regarding my symptoms, nor was a temperature check performed for screening. I feel this is putting patients at greater risk requiring them to enter the facility, sit in ANY room (symptoms or not) waiting for a doctor and the unnecessary blood pressure, heart, lung, temp checks that are performed more than likely to bill insurances for more than a simple covid test. I asked about this change and the doctor said the owners made the decision. My appointment was a few after 8pm. I arrived 16 min prior (they request 10 min prior), text and advised I arrived. Approximately 8:30pm I sent another text in case you forgot me.... I was asked to come in shortly after. Sat in a room until approximately 8:40, several people came inasked symptom questions, as well as another to take vitals, perform the rapid test ... the doctor came in just after 9pm. I didnt leave until 9:25pm. Over and hour and a half for a COVID test because the process has changed vs minutes in July when tests were performed in the car at the same facility. I was also VERY disappointed with the gentleman performing the second COVID test. He put on one glove which he had to leave the room to get as the box was empty. He came in with the glove on. I asked him to please have two gloves (I was already uncomfortable having had to not only enter the facility but also be in the facility/room for so long and it wasnt possible to assign me to a symptom vs asymptotic room seeing as health questions werent asked until after being assigned a room) he debated me, even asked me whats the problem and finally went to get another glove. Using the same glove to open the door, close the door and pick up my test from the counter and perform the test. No regard to the patients safety.A five star would go to the other staff members and doctor I encountered; (other than the nurse performing the PCR test). Very kind and informative willing to give details to the different tests, the accuracy and suggestions for further testing. Unfortunately, due to not only the wait time but also the fact I was uncomfortable being in a facility for my test versus my car (was precautionary test after being around another who was exposed) I didnt welcome all the details the doctor wanted to share.Update images posted after owners reply.
So far, Im not impressed. Persons for Covid tests are asked to wait outside and text name. Way past appointment time and no one has acknowledged the text. Parking lot is filling up. How do they not have this together more by now? Very poor program here. Much better at Legacy Urgent Care. Wish I wouldve made the drive there. This is insane. I expected to wait but at this point what was the point of having an appointment?
After many visits, this place stays the same time after time. The staff is competent and gets you in and out quickly. With that said, they take the time to answer questions and seem concerned. The instant they used an instrument on me, they wiped it off. They have things figured out and that is a compliment.
I would like the give a rating of 1 star but the service wasnt bad. However, i had to wait an hour for my appointment which defeats the purpose of making an appointment. If this happens often i dont know why they wouldnt just space out appointment times bc from the looks of the reviews its not just me. I felt like my time wasnt valued. Nevertheless the service was okay & you get results the day of.
My grandson smashed his finger in a car door. We were able to get an appointment and were taken in soon after arrival. The person working the front desk was quite rude. She appeared to be unhappy about even being there. The Nurse Practitioner was very kind and attentive. The nurse that did the Xray was also kind during the procedure. The actual room was sparse and had bugs flying around. We were there for about an hour so I asked the girl out front what the WiFi password was to keep my grandson occupied, she stated she did not know!
When my wife needed a rapid Covid test they were available and very professional. We had an excellent experience.
While out of town for the week, I had a weird skin issue come up. Im a RN and I knew it needed to be addressed due to the severity before returning back home to my PCP a week later. I visited Sinai urgent care on Preston road and saw Ashley, PA. I did have quite a wait even after scheduling an appointment. First, we scheduled a virtual visit and thankfully we called about an hour prior to double check on the virtual visit and at that time we were told they do not have equipment available for the virtual visit. However, it didnt stop us from making the appointment online. There should be a check point in place that doesnt allow a patient to schedule virtual visits if they are actually unavailable. Anyway, we drove to the urgent care clinic and of course had to wait in our car due to COVID. Finally, after an hour or so, I was able to be seen. (Only the patient can enter the building.) Ashley, PA was great! Although she wasnt real sure about my skin issue, she covered me with an abx and naproxen for the pain. After three days of not getting better, I called the clinic and was able to speak with Ashley directly. She called in a different antibiotic and steroid dose pack which has already helped tremendously after 24 hours. Id recommend this urgent care and go back again. Just make sure you call ahead if youre trying to use a virtual visit to ensure its available.
