Dr. Al-himyary is a outstanding doctor he takes time to listen to any concerns I may have and gives complete and thorough answers. He dose thorough exams and covers all possible problems. In 2017, I had a serious lung condition and he directed me To have a lung transplant. He then coronated a bilateral lung transplant with Baylor/ Saint Luke’s Hospital which saved my life.
Dr. Al was easy going but professional. He asked great questions and allowed me to ask questions. He took action on treatments he felt were necessary.
Dr. Al-Himyary is knowledgeable helpful and thoroughly checks your complains. Thank you Doctor.
Because he listens, gives great information and is on top of his profession. My results with his treatments have been outstanding.
I Ike Dr. Al because he took the time to have me look at the pictures from the tests he ordered back in July to see if I was well enough to make my 18 day road trip.He had me see the pictures of my right kidney, Bronchiectasis Disease and my hernia- I found out thingsI was not aware of after all of these years. He explained everything to me in detail. I am a visual person and I got to see what he was talking about.Thank you 🙏 for your time and expertise.Sincerely
I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Al-Himyary, very professional, right to the point, he answered all my questions and put my mind at ease, left the office very pleased with the entire visit.
This was one of the most bizarre experiences Ive ever had with a doctor. To begin, he was incredibly rude and for some reason accused me of smoking. On multiple times he claimed to smell smoke and would ask me again if I smoked. I imagine he deals with smokers but his attitude was terrible. He diagnosed me with sleep apnea and when I asked for more information he said I have a narrow throat with no other doctor has agreed with since. He offered no helpful suggestions and seemed to hurry me out of his office. Ive since talked to other doctors in the Kelsey Seybold system and apparently, this is common. A lot of patients end up visiting a different pulmonologist.
I had a lung abscess a few years ago and Dr Al went out of his way to diagnose and treat it. All is fine now.
Dr. AlHimyary has been extraordinary in providing care for a complex problem involving several overlaying desease conditions. He is very smart, careful with testing and case review, very caring, really brilliant. I am blessed with have several very good doctors and he is at the top of the list.
