Excellent experience! My daughter and I both see Dr Connie Nguyen. Would definitely recommend. Very personable. Very compassionate.
Very knowledgeable about my aging skin and gave me several options to treat based on what results I wanted and cost. Dr. Nguyen is a good listener and a caring dermatologist. Waited for less than 10 minutes.
I came in with psoriasis so bad that the bottoms of both my feet were like open wounds. It's been slow, but to other docs it was impossible. Dr. Nguyen and her team have worked long and hard to get me on my feet again. Yes, I have needed to wait at times, but I have also come at the wrong time, and they've worked me in, so I would dismiss the comments about the front staff. They are caring, hardworking, and doing the best they can. I am so very grateful that I cannot express it properly. My feet are back!
The staff were extremely young, one was fresh out of school. To begin with I was put in a really small room. It had the big chair tables a other chairs. I am in a wheelchair, barely room to turn around. They decided to put me in another room, there were patients in it that they ran out to the small room I was in. The doctor (Connie) came in. She was going 90mph, asked me a couple of questions. I'm in my wheelchair, she starts working on me. Then she asked me to move to the patients chair. I make a comment that she doesn't seem to be very organized. She blows up and says she can't do the procedure now. I try to explain but she won't listen. I got up from the chair got in my wheelchair and left. Very rude, doesn't see her problems. I read the other comments and I see I'm not alone in what I experienced. Thanks
An amazing experience of excellent care. I was treated like a superstar!
Terrible doctor.
Incredible how this “doctor” operates. She refuses to tell you how much her services cost but 4 minutes later(the length of the total visit) they are able to come up with the total no problem. 186$ for 2 minutes with the “doctor” and 2 minutes with an assistant.Stay away, there are multiple other dermatologists in town who treat your time with respect and do not take advantage of your wallet.
De verdad que no me gustó la dr.todo hace muy rápido como si no le hubiera cobrado por su servicio ,ella no más le interesa el cobro.
Inexperienced cold doctor and horrible staff. The front office either does not know how to make appointments or purposely double book people to increase their revenue. The doctor failed to spend any extra time in the room and merely had the assistant do most of the work. I came for a professional diagnosis.... not a guess work. I could have had Web MD do that for me. The statistics were crude and no accurate record taken was done during the visit to compare nevus growth between visits.
Front desk girl was rude and rushing me as if i was irritating her....turn off to me...will not let you all touch my face if you have bad behavior and rude manners. Spend my money and insurance else where. Thanks .....in response to the office reply. First, im not the only one who has experienced the same unprofessional behavior from the front desk (others i do not know has said similar in other reviews). 2nd, i give credit when credit is due to a highly professional business and 3rd, your response shows exactly why i would never recommend this place and last but not least my review is not negative at all. It is the truth and it is real. Thank you and Goodbye!
Great staff, great doctor.
Dr. Nguyen diagnosed my skin cancer visually and confirmed it with a biopsy. She surgically removed the cancer in her office. The procedure was painless.
Dr. Nguyen is very thorough and has a kind bed side manner. She explained everything before, during and after. I was seen on time for all of my appointments.
I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen for both aesthetic and more serious dermatological needs.
As a bonus she is conveniently located in The Heights with ample parking.
Dr. Nguyen was thorough and took the time explain her findings and treatment. She answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable.
My first visit was on 5/29/19 and all went well. The wait time wasn't but just a few minutes. Dr. Nguyen was very throrough in checking my skin all over, something I'd requested at other dermatologist offices but only got had my arms, upper chest and back quickly glanced over. Had a suspicious mole removed from my back and results were in within just a few days. My first impression of any medical clinic is when I first call, does a person answer or an automated system. Both calls I've made so far were answered by her office and my question was answered w/o having to wait for a call back. The staff is pleasant and professional. I'm so happy to have found a good dermatologist that I plan on sticking with from now on, something I've never felt before and she's just a few minutes from where I live.
Dr. Nguyen is a wonderful person and excellent dermatologist. I have been going to her for over 9 months dealing with a skin condition that came upon me suddenly. She has been giving me excellent care + dealing with my prescription insurance. My insurance has been very difficult and she has gone out of her way to get my treatments approved. I would give 10 stars! Highly recommend!
Terrible unprofessional dermatologist. Basically a money grab where the "doctor" is interested in turnover rather than taking care of the patient.
I love Dr. Ngyuen! I have been coming to her since 2012 and have always received the same high quality care. Dr. Ngyuen and her staff are very caring and she goes above and beyond to show that she really cares about all of her patients. I would highly recommend her services.
I've been coming to this practice from NYC whenever I'm in town for a few years now. There are a few reasons I keep coming back. The doctor spends a good amount of time answering all of my random questions and then performing any necessary procedures based on my concerns. She will also prescribe the necessary medications and doesn't insist I come back for another appointment to do so (which is great since I live a plane ride away). Additionally, and I can especially appreciate this being a health care provider myself, she pulls up information and explains each of my concerns scientifically. Sure, patients may have to wait (I see you complaining yelpers) but my guess is that is because she is spending that kind of time and effort with other patients and will on you as well. Like any doctor's office, you may have to wait, but most likely, at premier it's because of the time the doctor is spending with her patients.
So these reviews had me worried. I saw them after I booked and I'm glad I didn't read them before hand.

My appointment was at 5:10 and I saw the Dr around 5:30. I was done with my appointment around 5:45ish.

It was fast but there wasn't a lack of good service. The doctor is good and knows her shit. I went it because I've been breaking out lately. She gave me her diagnosis and told me somethings to get. So far so good.

I have bcbs and paid $106 for the office visit . I'll probably try a different doctor next time, one outside of the Houston hotspots, to see if my office visit is cheaper.
If it isn't, I'll be back to see this doctor.
Dr Nguyen has an amazing office and has done such a good job in helping me find the best options for me. thank you!
