Friendly staff. amazing client-patient communication. Over all I will recommend Family First Dental to anyone. Absolutely loved the fact they were straight forward with me and letting me know all I am needing and the dentist making a treatment plan especially for my needing.
This was our kids’ first visit and it went smoothly. They were thorough and we didn’t have to wait to go back for their cleanings. Everyone was so nice and they even made our daughter a balloon animal.
This place has the worse service, I made an appointment 3 weeks before while I was overseas, after I planned and waited for weeks, I was finally ready to come to my appointment today, I called to reconfirm my appointment time, the person on the phone she completely denied and lied to me that I don’t have an appointment with them at all, very disappointed!

I had a great experience in this dentist office. Avan the dental hygiene was very nice and soft she gave me the best service I didn’t feel any discomfort while she was cleaning my teeth. After all my teeth felt so clean and fresh. Thanks Avan
I went to go see Dr. Azzo and she is so detailed and attentive! The staff was also wonderful and really nice! Can't wait to go back!
I am a bit disappointed with this place. I recently went and was told that I had three cavities and needed a deep cleaning. I have never been told that before. When I call back to make the appointment they tell me that I actually have 8 cavities and that fixing them would total around 2,000! On top of that the secretary informed me...”they want you to first get a deep cleaning “ before getting the cavities fixed”! What! Mind you the cleaning was quoted with at around 600$. This is all with insurance. These are all my co payments. Not sure what is going on in this clinic but it felt a bit odd and I feel I had to share. By reviewing others comments I guess the up selling , upbilling and forcing a deep cleanse is an MO. Please BEWARE. Get a second opinion!
The people are very friendly and professional. I liked Dr Sengsen very much. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and seemed caring.
The doctor and assistant were Amazing. They were above and beyond with me. They had care and patience. They were very friendly and fast. If you have a child they even do an animal balloon to make you child smile. I will recommend this location 100%
I like the dentist. The office staff keep messing up my billing stating I have a copay when I have none therefore I'm leaving this dentist. After a year or more of not using this place, desk staff kept telling me I had a copay, then I get a bill with date Dec 2020 stating I owed for a copay. Office billing staff incompetent. They assume you have a copay (they told me this) instead of verifying benefits when you have a PPO

After not having a general dentist for 2 years I am very happy to have found this office. The ENTIRE staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and Dr Azzo is amazing as well. I think I found my new dental home! Great first impression for sure.

Dr John cut my gum open and screwed up my mouth so bad I had to go through a year of mouth surgeries and all I went in for was a cavity never come here biggest mistake ever now I’m terrified of dentist and I never had a problem before
My hygienist Lupe was super attentive and kind. My dentist, while kind, did such a poor job on placing a crown on my tooth that I had to go back to have the tooth reassessments. Fortunately that dentist no longer practices at Family First. Unfortunately, she left pockets in my gums that allow for bacteria to proliferate. Now I need antibiotic and a water pik to see if the problem can be fixed or have the whole tooth recrowned.I have also had a problem with billing. I had the amount owed changed so many times, and when I tried to speak to the management that changes the number they don’t answer. I don’t think I should have to pay so much for poor service. Not only did the dentist do a poor job seating the crown, she dropped the crown on the floor and to the back of my throat during the procedure. I assume she cleaned it, but the new dentist noticed it was chipped.The new dentist also informed me that while it want the best job seating the crown, it’s hard to do a good job of someone is not passionate or is distracted. I’m not sure I want anyone working in my mouth if they are going to be distracted!I would not recommend this practice.
