I recently located from Denver Colorado to Alcoa Tennessee. I chose Dr Allen N. Smily as my primary physician. On our first visit he was very good with understanding all my needs as well as referring me to those that were outside his scope. I highly recommend him as a primary physician. He has the bedside manners that anyone wants and looks for

The office staff and nurse Connie were awesome - very professional and pleasant. Dr. Smiy is intelligent and practical in his conversations. Very good advice and helped me understand my needs and how to best accomplish my health goals.

I just had my first visit with Dr.Smiy as my primary care provider.I am very happy and relieved to have found such an excellent doctor. I am very encouraged by my first visit . I believe Dr.Smiy will do everything he can to find me the help I need and to find the best medications for the chronic pain conditions , which I have had for over 30 years. He and his staff are personable and easy to talk to and he listens without being condescending.

Dr. Smiy is the ONLY doctor in my 22 years of living that has actually listened to what I’ve had to say and how I feel and helping me through my illnesses, rather than just jumping to conclusions like every other doctor I’ve had. He’s so kind and patient and after 21 years of not knowing what was happening, Dr. Smiy ran all of the tests and found out my diagnosis. Such a great doctor 100000% recommend!

Dr. Smiy is great. He is very personable and competent. However, his office staff is quite deficient. I had blood and urine sample taken for my labs. However, I could not get the results. Not sure if they lost them or simply don't respond to inquiries. I have called the office and left messages asking about my lab results 5 times with absolutely no response. Not good!

Really good doctor very nice and great Medical services and fast at getting things set up. Very happy with my primary physician. Anyone who would ask if I know a good doctor I would tell them Dr.Smiy is a really great doctor. Now in Alcoa really nice office it still has that new house smell.
