Very caring staff they listened to my concerns and treated me quickly... The wait was about 35 minutes however they were very thorough. And had a good sense of humor. Ill will go back

I wanted to show my appreciation towards the staff buy getting everyone working the Saturday shift breakfast but I didn’t know if they had policies against accepting food. But just know I really appreciate all you guys are doing.I needed a Covid test done as a precaution and let’s face it… no one enjoys having to get these Covid tests. The process to get it was long but I understood the system. When I got to my appointment time they told me they were pretty behind and it would be a while. I ended up waiting in my car to for about two hours. And this may sound like a bad experience… but I can’t write a negative review. Every single staff member was so nice to me from start to finish. By the time my appointment was done it was closing time. I was trying to gauge how staffed they were a because I wanted to buy them breakfast the next day and b because I saw the same people at 6pm that I did at 9am that day. The physicians assistant informed me that they were down two staff members for the day and even though it was closing time they still had 20 more Covid tests to administer.I can’t write a bad review. These guys are working so hard with the Covid stuff in addition to their regular care. You guys can’t imagine how grateful I am for the pleasant interactions I had with you.

They charge for Covid testing which is supposed to be free under the mandate. Profiting off a pandemic is gross.

Caution These COVID rapid tests are not accurate I tested negative there and positive at my doctors office the same day. I had symptoms and wasn’t too confident in the nurse practitioner’s diagnosis of allergies relentless headache and dizziness? so I went to my family doctor in case I had a sinus infection. They did tests and called the next day and said my numbers were off the chart no way I tested negativeThat being said I had an excellent experience with dr Payne there a year ago and the nurse that did my swab this time was super professional and sweet. I would go there again just not for a COVID test and I would request one of their doctors for careWe also waited from 11 am until 4 for this test. The internet said no waiting
