List of Ashish Patel's Reviews
I give Dr. Patel and his staff 5 stars. Very professional and easy to talk to.
Dr. Patel is my private doctor, and I can say that being in the periphery of medicine at Columbia University's NYP and being married to a physician, he is one of the best. He listens, a rarity in physicians. He is accurate, smart, follows-up, and I could not recommend him more highly. He is one of the few things that moving to Knoxville has made me really appreciate. At first coming from NYC, I was concerned about leaving my PCP given health conditions, but now he is one of the best elements.
I seen him early Feb. He put me on steroids for my inflammation in my back. Ordered X-rays which he said was routine because he wanted an MRI ordered an ordered blood work. Everything came back and all I was waiting on was my referral. A week an a half later no call so I called them. I already knew what she was going to tell me. He forgot to put it in. She said she would send him another message for it. At this point bc I left out the wonderful time I sat for and hour bc they lost the order for my blood tests. So cutting my nose off I told her too not worry about it and I have lived with it for 22 yrs and only came in bc age and wear and tear were causing quality of life issues. So I would continue sucking up the pain bc honestly I don't get paid as much as he does to have to remind him to order what he stated he was going to order. These docs are why in ten yrs I've gone less than a handful of times. Choose a new place unless you like aggravation.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
