Today was my first visit with Dr Wetherington. I was very impressed with him. He did a Cervical Epidural steroid injection. He was very cordial and professional when he came in to meet me and explain the procedure. Dr Wetherington was very consciencous about my comfort and pain level. I couldn't not have asked for a better experience.

Having earned two degrees in communication studies I am particularly sensitive to how doctors communicate with patients. Dr. Wetherington is an excellent communicator. He is able to use examples that bridge the gap between his expertise and the patient's lack of that expertise. He takes the time to make sure you understand what he has said. He listens well and welcomes questions. Watching him communicate would help all physicians be better doctors.

I don't think there could be a better doctor. He is intelligent, caring, compassionate, and gives the very best in pain treatment with no meds.

Best visit I've ever had with a doctor! Great communication skills; spent a great deal of time explaining everything I needed to know about my condition. Took about 20 minutes to show me my M.R.I. and explained it in detail. Staff was terrific; even arranged for me to get to see my surgeon sooner than I had already scheduled. I left his office feeling I knew everything I needed to know about my injury. Gave me several options to deal with pain until the surgery.

I was very pleased with Dr. Wetherington that he knew right away what my problem was and had me appt. for surgery soon and I am doing very well his staff his very helpful and the waiting was under 15 min.

He was an amazing doctor. He has wonderful credentials, thorough in examination, open, friendly, and knowledgeable. We feel so privileged to have him assist with our health issues. We were concerned that he was basically a prescription writer. He has many alternatives to work with our need. We highly recommended him, the staff was efficient and friendly. They went beyond what was expected.
