Saw Margaret Miller. Never met this woman before and she was rude upon entering the room. She said I had too many health problems for her and should see a different doctor, because she didn't want to write my list of health problems down or fool with it. She said she wouldn't treat me because I had to apply for disability, even though I explained I'm not concerned with getting disability, just living because I can't drink fluids anymore because of the excruciating pain with drinking and will die fast. I have very thin blood, and it should be thick because I'm dehydrated, but it's still thin. A blood test showed a clotting issue years ago. She said she wasn't going to try to treat my thin blood, lied and claimed she couldn't retest (I have a medical background, I know better,) and then said she wasn't worried about my thin blood so she wouldn't treat it. I can barely stay awake most days and I can't get hardly any fluids down, usually 20-30 ounces max, on occasion 50-60 ounces, but not most days. I'm not going to live long on an average of 1-2 bottles of water a day and no other fluids and blood so thin I can't stay awake from it and dehydration. I explained to office staff I would die quickly without help. I was told to wait until next week to get a call back. I may be dead by then. Margaret Miller said she wasn't worried about it, treated me bad because I have applied for disability, even though I have watched children since I was only 10 years old myself, volunteered since I was a teenager, do anything I can often injuring myself more with my multiple sclerosis and fall injuries cleaning houses, changing diapers, scrubbing commodes, working as a nanny, helping autistic children, being a medical aide, running on a torn and dislocated knee for 3 months on one job, staying late, coming in early without pay on many jobs, doing extra, working three jobs at a time at one point, anything I can get to pay for bare basics because of diseases I have. My medical background is educational, not from working as a medical aide, but from thousands and thousands of hours of medical study. I was berated and talked to like a moron, and had to call this woman out for denying me care because I have multiple diseases. She just smirked at me different times. Be better Mrs Miller, just be a human being with a conscious. God help your soul, you sure didn't have a conscious telling me your not worried about my thin blood and chronic dehydration and inability to get fluids down that may kill me before another week is done. I will pray you meet Jesus, because you were one of the worst humans I've ever seen and to treat someone you had never met this way for solely coming in to ask for a referral to get an updated cancer check that's late, help to try to find a way to get fluids down before I die of dehydration and help for a blood clotting disorder that as stated has already been checked and told there's a clotting issue, as well as concerns of a blood disorder from a previous hematologist before my INSURANCE RAN OUT which is part of why I was treated bad, you need to find a profession you care about and get some help for the lack of empathy you have toward other people who just came in to stay alive another few weeks or months. Just do better, be better. I guess you assumed your patients are uneducated, ignorant of the law, or unwilling to file the appropriate reports, but as someone who is none of these I pray that God changes your path so you don't hurt other people's safety, or leave someone else to be unable to drink water.

I highly suggest people who try and get help from the health care system , know your patient rights ! And always , always question them until you get a straight answer . It's federally funded and they have requirements different from a private doctor. Please know your patient rights when dealing with this place .

Nurse practioner overlooked me and straight out denied my request for testing for a genetic condition my family has, when my insurance and I pay for it? Idk what's wrong with drs now a days but stop being so damn lazy and just test when a patient asks for a test for something. Especially when they are showing symptoms for it. It's not that hard. They can't even get referrals in for over a month either. Never have been in and out of a health care system so fast. Thank god I have an insurance Where I can switch drs instantly if I don't like mine.

However, they have changed Significantly! they Never listen, Do not refer you to appropriate psyche care nor even take 1 sec to verify your issue. You can Never get a human on the phone, ever! Even 20 minutes in!! They Now refuse to prescribe Any dosage of neurontin/gabapenrin Despite recommendations by Experts ( Neurosurgeon!!!) theFNPs are jaded. It matters Not how mucmuch proff you provide as to your expertise, they simply cut you off. Truly sad we haven't any alternative providers, we go to Cromer or 'were' re f*cked. After being a patient for years, I was, without any notice, considered a new patient because I hadn't had an appointment in the past 6 months. I was calling for a routine refill and was denied. When I tried to schedule an appointment to become a new patient again, the first available was 3 months away. Even a one day lapse in antipsychotics is a threat to someone's wellbeing, let alone a 3 month gap in any healthcare. When I asked for other options or any kind of help, they simply repeated that I was no longer considered a patient and would be required to start the process all over again.
