Don't waste your time. The doctor may be good but staff is horrible. Told me to be there at 9:45am and my appointment wasn't till 10:30. Then I'm told I won't be seen at my appointment time because there's 2 ahead of me. She didn't know when I'd be seen. And this was only told to me when I asked what was taking so long. I have a business to run. I don't have time to sit and wait all day. Appointments are made for a reason. I have waited years to be able to see a neurologist. I've been excited to get help for my migraines. They've plagued me for years. I was so excited this morn and they just took all that away. All because the staff can't schedule appointments properly.

For those of us who suffer from chronic migraines and/or headaches, finally we have someone who knows about headaches and can help. So thankful to have found her through my family doctor. Even in her waiting room, the lights are turned off in one area. They led me to wait there. That shows compassion for us headache sufferers. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to.

Dr. Hagen really seems to care about you. She takes the time to find out how you are doing personally. She will explain things, doesn’t talk down to you and will give options. Once you decide, she and her staff help get you that option if possible. She’s a very caring, intelligent, and ethical doctor.

She is incredibly supportive and understanding. I could not have gotten along without her. She is never condescending and meets all criteria for being a real healer. I gave 5 stars but this does not apply to all her staff. There is a PA I have to avoid and find communication with front desk challenging sometimes. That said, I'll put up with all that. She is just too good.

My father in law had a sudden onset with severe migraines that led to dizziness, blurred vision, confusion to the point of not recognizing people or his surroundings. Tried several times over several days to contact office and doctor to be seen. Could not get a returned call. The lack of care/ response was disheartening and made a scary situation even more intolerable. This is NOT the place to be if you are looking for personalized,dedicated care that will put you mind at ease. Wish we had sought help/treatment somewhere else and hopefully would have had answers and peace of mind by now.
