I went for a skin cancer review and there was a small tag on my face. The nurse casually asked if I'd like her to freeze it off. Okay fine, I'm here. 45 seconds later, I left. These guys dropped a $500 bill on me - a weeks wages. How unethical is it not to tell someone that you charge grotesque fees? I feel used. Who knows if I even had a skin tag?

I used to love this group. Now, you wait on hold for 45 minutes plus in order to make or change an appointment. You can no longer call your location, every call goes through a call center. If you pay your bill online, they charge a percentage. This new AA Arundell group that bought out the great former group is simply too big to give ANY level of customer service. They encourage you to go online but their website is not at all user friendly. They say you have to use a special browser for their site to work. I do most everything in life online but this group’s online presence is impossible. Time to find a new dermatologist.

I received a full body check. A few things were removed. The staff is excellent, very friendly and very knowledgeable. I felt much better leaving there about my concerns.

I see Whitney Colella and let me tell you, she is AMAZING!! She is super thorough, incredibly friendly and just all around fantastic. I came in with several issues and left with each and every one carefully looked into and resolved. Could not recommend her more!

Had my 1st appt today with Whitney. She was super nice and welcoming. She could tell I was nervous about the reason why I was there, and she put me at ease instantly. Definitely recommend her for all your skin care needs.

Whitney Colella PA-C and her staff are top notch and very efficient. Very sweet and knowledgeable. Highly recommend and will definitely refer my friends and family. Using your patient portal messages get answered in a timely manner.
