After reviewing my medical records, I discovered that this doctor on several occasions either misinterpreted or added incorrect information in my record. In my opinion, she appeared to do this to push towards a medication that she wants to treat you with as justification. Additionally, I didn't agree with the treatment plan and she seemed pushy. Watch your records!

By far, Dr. Betsy Mays is the best doctor I have ever had. She takes time to listen and has always been most helpful to me in time of medical need.

This doctor is not helpful at all. She is inconsiderate of patient's concerns and uncooperative with other patient's healthcare provider's suggestions. I felt like a burden instead of a patient.

At first this doctor seems to care but after time I have realized that she doesn't seem to take patient concerns, feelings, or requests for tests or meds into consideration when developing a treatment plan. She's not truly empathetic/sympathetic in my opinion. She's also hard to get appointments with because she's not there every day.
