Sucked . Ignored my condition as I was having anxiety attack in his office . Had to be rushed to Blount memorial . I have 3rd stage cancer and have to have major heart surgery . Yet he won't treat my condition.

He did well as far as getting me treated for my stroke symptoms, but once I was admitted to the CCU my home medication was not sent to the pharmacy for me to receive. So for 3 1/2 days I was without any of my medications and I take some psychotropic medications which I can't do without. I was getting very aggressive because of this and still have some problems because of missing those doses. I don't know if he rotated out of the hospital or what but I haven't seen him since the first day I was admitted.

We were very pleased with our visit to Dr. Jhala’s office today. He was a wonderful listener, eager to help with our medical issues and, most importantly, is very knowledgeable! We came from Knoxville to see him and it was our first time at Blount- we were blown away with the kindness of everyone we encountered. Dr. Jhala’s nurses and staff are wonderful. We highly recommend him.

Dr Jhala has been my 95-year-old mothers position for the past 6 years. He has always been listened to her when she shared information and very compassionate! He is also very clear in explaining everything and also communicates excellently with me.
