Dr Rooke is amazing but the front desk is rude and no help at all. They talk down to and make you feel that they could care less.

Receptionist is extremely RUDE!!! I couldn’t even get to the point to make an appointment because she was so hateful. In reading other reviews, I’m not the only one who has dealt with her. I never give bad reviews, but she obviously doesn’t need to be at a job where she has to deal with the public.

Unless it's Dr. Rooke do NOT go. Here's why.... -Visited 12/28/19, with extreme pain & massive swelling in my left leg. Saw nurse practitioner & she said it was a pulled hamstring then gave me steroids to take for 5 days. -After no improvement went to AFV on 1/2/20, doctor sent me immediately to get doppler on my leg. Got results right away then sent directly to Blount Memorial Emergency Room. -Admitted to hospital with major blood clot in my leg. After additional tests at hospital also had blood clots in my lungs. -In hospital 1/2/20 - 1/6/20, due to life threatening blood clots. *The nurse practitioner at this clinic refused to listen when telling her my hamstring couldn't possibly be injured. Thank God I went somewhere else. Who knows what could've happened because of this woman's decision to treat me like a liar simply looking for medicine.

I went to see the doctor with a migraine and I wanted to check some other symptoms while I was there. The receptionist was very rude and was not helpful at all. The nurse was equally dismissive and I never saw the doctor. Now, I had been to this clinic before, and was helped by the doctor without any issues. Not sure what happened with this office and it’s staff, but I will not return.

Dr Rooke is amazing and is one of the best docs in the area. I’m always in and out in around 20 minutes and that’s on a busy day! Couldn’t recommend more. Everyone is so sweet!
