I first visited Dr Mullins two years ago for severe chronic migraines. She took my concerns and symptoms seriously and prescribed me on some medications that have really made a difference for me. Dr Mullins is a very caring provider and I will continue to visit her as she has made a huge difference in my migraines.

Dr Mullins is a great doctor. She has helped my father with his Parkinson’s. The meds he is on have really made a difference. Dr Mullins listens to everything we have to say. You can tell she really wants to help her patients.

Here is why you would not want to book a appointment with Dr. Karen Mullins. You don't get help. Had appointment on Monday and was told we will call back today with treatment plan. It is now Friday and no call. We have even called the office back each day, and still no word back.

Dr Mullins canceled 5 of 7 appointments for my father over the last year, all of them on the day of the appointment. She doesn't return calls and when she cancels an appointment, you can't get another one until a month or two later. This is an unacceptable level of care for anyone, and shows disrespect for her patients.

Dr. Karen Mullins is absolutely terrible. She is extremely insensitive and it seems that she doesn't even have a concept of empathy. I just don't understand why anyone who chose to work in a profession that purports to care about people would behave the way she does. I just don't understand how anyone would talk to patients the way she does. I felt like she hated me and resented me for being in her office. I felt so condescended to, I was even nervous to tell her about my symptom because I was afraid that her manner towards me might become worse. She has no consideration for the way she makes people feel at all. She is truly a heartless person. Find someone with a heart.
