Predatory and abysmally unprofessional. He threatened to call the DMV and have them revoke my license due to insomnia and dizziness from an ear infection. I had to call security to prevent him from harming me and was then dismissed from the entire ETMG practice for doing so.

Repeatedly failed to reply to calls, apparently does not use email. Didn't see, missed , or outright ignored several faxes, requests, and important documents regarding medications, medical supplies, and medical equipment that resulted in the delayed receiving of said materials. This also included waiting two weeks to fill a prescription, leading the hugely increased costs as the insurance period rolled over.

When I moved here in 2011 I sought a family physician since my experience with such a doctor in Albany, New York was most satisfactory. I trust Dr Vines because he has demonstrated that his intuition as well as his medical knowledge has been very accurate in diagnosing my conditions and the state of my health. Moreover in my visits he demonstrates a wide knowledge of medical research and treatments when i ask for his impressions. We have a very cordial doctor/patient relationship.

I have been a patient with him for like 10 years and when you try to call to get a medication for something like a UTI he wants to see you every time, can a Dr not have the courteousness to call in a medicine for you without being seen every time. I am no longer going to be his patient!!!
