Needed to cancel an appointment, no one answered.I think that a company should always answer their phones.

Tried calling to speak to a person two business days in a row. No answer after calling at least 20 times each day. How in the heck are you a business in the medical industry if you don’t answer phones? Not sure I trust you to do my mri. Just saying. Maybe pay a little more to get some staff in house? This is just ridiculous.

I went there and no one sents at front desk so I wasn't for sure where to go. I needed a copy of my xray so I have called 5 times different days and no answer. Its a hot mess.

Brandi was AMAZING! Made the whole process painless and talked me through everything. Felt so comfortable the whole time which is definitely needed when getting an ultrasound. Couldn’t recommend this location and more importantly this tech more!
