Sports Ortho Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

Never been here before. No sitter for my 1 year old. That being said i knew I'd have to wait a little but i did pre-register online with all information in advance. I gave my ID and insurance card at check in for my 9:45am appointment. 4-5 other people walk in after me and were able to be seen rather quickly, within 5 minutes (they said was for P.T 👏...i don't care, the point is they got seen before me. Now i just sat in the waiting room, my son crying...i am still waiting...then finally i ask how much longer as i was trying to be kind yet firm in my asking because of being annoyed by the lack of being seen. They said a vouple minutes. The xray lady said she couldn't xray me since i was at 34 wks pregnant which is fine..i honestly was just told by my general doctor I'd be fitted for a wrist brace and be on my way so didn't care about an xray. The lady put me back in a room in which i waited more and my son crying up a storm. It is now 10:35am...it seems the doctor is either at lunch, or busy resting somewhere because they aren't coming to the room so yes, i get to wait some more. This office didn't seem so busy for anyone having to wait for a doctor unless they are short staffed and the doctor isn't on site. I ended up getting up and walking out telling the xray lady not to bother. My appointment was at 9:45am not 10:35am. The doctor doesn't care about people's time well i don't care about their time. If i was going to be seen at 10:45...then schedule me at that time. I hope they don't expect a free handout from the medical insurance company because i wasn't seen at all. Not sure how they have a good rating...maybe they have some fake accounts to rate them high. Regardless, i won't be recommending them to anyone i know. Maybe the murfreesboro office respects people more. I may try going there even though it's out of my way.

This place is a joke, my son was injured playing sports and after sitting there for 40min filling out information we were told that he needed a negative covid test in order to get treatment. The practice must employ woke physicians.

Very well organized and the staff was very nice overall.

Sport Ortho is the most unorganized and uncommunicative office ever. Need to talk to receptionist? Good luck getting someone on the phone. Need to contact the provider? Good luck getting a call back or an email back. Would not recommend!!!

I’ve been coming here for years now, since Kevin Groh was the PA in charge. More recently, as in the past two years, I have been coming for PT with Jeremy Stojakovich. I cannot sing enough praises about this man. I tried a VARIETY of different ways to help my back and hamstrings after I was in a car accident and nothing worked, but Jeremy was patient and worked with me to help my flat lumbar spine and deviated sacrum not cause NEARLY as many problems as before. God bless!

I went in to see them for back pain.The guys at therapy help me a lot. I really can say that they love what they do and care about the patients. I would recommend anyone to go see the guys at Sport Orthro for all physical therapy needs.

This has been an incredible experience for me. The staff is fantastic. Especially Jeremy, who has been extremely helpful to me! I strongly recommend going here.

Absolutely NOT!!! I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone PERIOD. They completely blew my son off for help and referred him to someone who wouldn't even see him. A pure shame. And get this, a complete waste of time from the inital visit. Apparently there was a mix up with differentiating appointments. So we had to schedule to come back. A day before the appointment the office called to say that they referred him out. I had to personally call the referral Dr. and they didn't even know what I was talking about. So of course there was some back and forthing there which is always frustrating. No help, we felt very let down and disappointed in how they are operating their office. If there was an option for NO STARS, they'd definitely get it. Total UPSET.

Excellent and kind service and great help at this Office specifically during my physical therapy help by staff such as Jeremy including his coworkers

I went to c them on a Friday .I had a broke toe and a very painful shoulder. First they said nothing is wrong with my shoulder just spasms.it hurt so bad I wanted to die. Any way the Doctor said he would send n a script for pain and muscle relaxer. They never called it n till Monday.,after I call them. And it wasn't what they said. I had other things I needed working on.But it won't b with these fibbers.
