I had an appointment for deep massage therapy since I had muscle spasms and twitching as referred from my muscles doctor … so went there and I have insurance … so I paid my deductible and all good .. and once I got my turn .. the woman was working on me told me we don’t do massage here.. I was like what??? Then why my doctor referred me here ? And then show me a couple of exercises for stretching she says it helps and gave me a paper to do at home (even told her don’t need those stretching since I am working out and do that daily? So spent about 10 minutes and left … got bill around $400 and my responsibility around $100 !! For what ?? Just for 10 minutes … they get smart at some point and very upset about they didn’t provide the service and complaint about them (my mom had appointment after me in like a week and she said they did a massage for her ) !! They always try to avoid massage and give customers exercises and machines (first priority )… it’s KNOWN sadly

Excellent staff! and motivated to getting you back to were you were before your rehab.Melanie and Mary are both awesome therapist and will get you to were you need to get in your recovery.

I loved the ease of making an appointment. My therapist, Melanie was great. My balance issue was corrected in one visit. If it returns I will definitely call again.

Hi, I'm sharing my mother's experience with star physical therapy they have a really great staff plus they do a good job, my mom had an issue with her shoulder for about 2 years, and going to star physical therapy for 6weeks got her better she couldn't move it before but now she's getting alot better so thank you. And shout out to lucy😊she's been a great help for my mother, thank you
