My daughter has been sick with strep throat over the weekend. It is now Monday afternoon & My throat it raw & I can’t swallow on top of feeling ill. I just left this place & they refused to prescribe any antibiotics at all. I tested negative for strep, But as admitted by the NP that was likely the reason for the negative test. They wanted to send it off for further testing but I told them don’t worry about it as I’m sure I’d get another bill in the mail. There’s plenty of people around so I’m sure they won’t miss my business. Honestly what a joke and a waste of time

I'm at the beginning stage of a respiratory infection. I know my body and I try to get ahead of it if I can. I arrive and wait approximately 30 minutes. Not bad. They take my copay and let me in the back. I tell the nurse my issue, she wants to do COVID flu and strep tests. I told her that's a waste of time and money, but whatever. Doctor comes in and listens to my lungs. Either his score thing is broken, or he chose the "mo money" route. He said I don't have an infection, but he could give me a steroid shot to help me feel better. Oh, and keep taking the Mucinex. I said are you sure? I know what my body does before an infection and that's why I'm here. No antibiotics? He said no. WELL WOULDN'T YOU BELIEVE IT? the very next morning my cough is stronger, my phlegm is dark brown, and I spiked a nice lil fever. So here I am, needing antibiotics, but I know this place shafted me for the repeat visit. I won't be back.

Easily made and appointment online and was in and out super fast. Staff was all very friendly. Edit- I would give them 5 stars for service but the way they file with BCBS my insurance claim was declined.

I love that you can login and schedule an appointment and even check in before you get there. I love that there are more diagnosis is then Covid. Smart people great service great job.

Very friendly staff! I went in for a walk in visit and didn’t have a long wait time. Everyone was very nice and they made sure to run all tests to see what was wrong!
