Got an injection in my knee. As usual Dr Gilbert was knowledgeable, friendly and the injection had very little pain. Always great to be able to use him as our orthopedic Dr in Arlington.

Im sorry, usually don’t like to leave negative feedback. But 3 times already… Horrible customer service/the front desk people. And the people, who scheduled the 2 appointments put us at the wrong location and I was very clearly that I need Arlington location. when we arrived at the first appt the front desk said that the Dr we scheduled with isn’t here and the doesn’t work on that day. They were rude, no apology and making us feel like we was crazy even when showed them the confirmation text the office sent to . Second time, which was yesterday. Called and make an appt for Arlington and I was very clearly about the location. When we arrived there is no one at the front desk. Waited for 1/2 hour and someone came out and said they are closing soon and didn’t see we have an appointment. Found out that she put us in South Haven. Today, we took a chance to just walked in. The front desk people were never smile or greet us. Why working or why the company put them at the front desk when they are not customers oriented? I understand it’s at 3pm and they may be tired but a smile and greet customers doesn’t cost a thing. Or because I’m don’t have the same skin color and Look different than them? Disappointed. Hope the management can figure out to improve this issue. Thank you!

Amazing experience for a shoulder issue I was having. The whole experience from setting the appointment, check-in, wait time, and exam with imaging was super efficient and timely. Everyone was very pleasant.
