I have been trying to recover from a complicated spinal fusion. The staff at this facility have been very helpful. The receptionist has been very friendly and efficient. My therapist has done a great job explaining the therapy and very helpful. Richard extends a very positive attitude and has helped me tremendously. The location is also very convenient for me. On January 12, 2021 I had a total knee replacement on my right leg. I started therapy with Kylie McMahon 10 days later. I told her I needed an aggressive plan as I had a kayaking trip scheduled for April 10. Through the early days of PT when I couldn’t even bend my knee enough to peddle a bike, she coached and pushed me. Slowly I made progress. Kylie was firm yet caring. Seeing her twice a week for 10 weeks, put me on the river on time. I kayaked the 652 miles of the Tennessee River from Knoxville, TN to Paducah, KY in 35 days. There is no way I would have been ready for a trip like this without her help. Thank You!!PS, I’m getting my left knee done in October...See you then!

Very professional staff with excellent communication. They take time to listen to your concerns and answer your questions clearly. The therapy that they put you through is challenging and adjusted as it is needed to make you recover more quickly. Very happy with my results!

I came to Star Physical Therapy walking humped over like Neanderthal from bursitis and tendonitis in both hips and a pinched nerve caused from bulging disks, in excruciating pain. My orthopedic doctor and spinal specialist were confident that therapy would help with the bursitis/endonitis, but uncertain about the affectiveness on the pinched nerve. My PT, David, never had a doubt and encouraged me every step of the way. Two months later, I walked out straight and virtually pain free. One week after that, still doing the exercises at least four times a week, I was completely pain free, even the pinched nerve has been releaved. On the day I was released, David gave me more advanced exercises to adopt, as I became stronger. Most importantly, he taught me that continuing the program will help me maintain the strength to withstand future problems. THANK YOU DAVID!

I love my PT, he is awesome! The entire staff is professional and very friendly. When you go for PT, initially, you're sore and don't want to do anything. They work with where you are, but push you just a little bit more. Without that push, you won't progress, but digress. They're just awesome, and I don't dread going! ☺️
