I have been going to Dr. Coffey for years now. He is a rare find. He is always kind and takes his time to figure out what is wrong. I can’t believe there is this caliber of medical care tucked away in Athens.

He knew what to do and saved my life. I literally had no air. My lungs are not good at all. He sent me to the hospital where my pulmonary specialist was.

I have been seeing Dr. Coffey for the past 23 years after moving here from another state. His staff is very friendly and Dr. Coffey is great I chose him as my primary care physician and I have been very pleased with him.

I visited this office with complaints of abdominal pain. I was given labs to confirm a suspected UTI. I never recieved a call when the labs came back negative. I called for information on my lab results and to explain that I wanted a referral because I was in extreme pain. I still never recieved a call or a referral. I found another doctor 2 days later and was found to have ANOTHER diverticulitis infection. He was aware of my previous hospitalizations with this condition and left me in pain for a week without any attempt to diagnose me.
