Wish i could give 0 stars. i called to make an appointment and the rude front desk lady named Hilary said i have to come in to make an appointment so i said i live far and will come in when i can and she has the audacity to just hang up on me without a word. I was looking for a new DR office since i just moved here. Avoid wasting your time calling this office for an appointment. Go somewhere else that the staff pretends they actually like their job and care about you.

I have never been treated so rudely buy staff. Let me be clear it was not dr. Maynard or his nurse they have always been very kind and thoughtful. When I had my blood drawn it was like an inconvenience to do so! Now please understand it is not pleasant for the patient either! Then when I go to do my exrays the little girl was made that she even had to do them! I'm not sure why she wouldn't know I could see she was upset when she was slamming and banging the key board and throwing around the slides. I just fell someone needed to know about how I was treated and the I really didn't appreciate it. I love dr Maynard and his nurse and if it were not for them I would seek out other options. Thank you I hope this helps someone have a more caring and loving heart for patients that need you at your best.
