Front desk staff were very kind. I arrived for my appt 20 minutes early and no one was in the waiting room. I sat there for an hour before I was called back by the unfriendly assistant. I have vertigo and was moving slowly; she made me feel as if I was wasting her time by doing so. I answered every question again that I had completed in the intake paperwork and when Dr. B came in, she appeared very rushed. She asked me to do the exam very quickly which is difficult when my world around spins. No further tests were ordered and I was given three prescriptions with no diagnosis or explanation of my symptoms even though I asked.

I have an Unique Essential Tremor that has been very disruptive to my daily life. Dr. Bibileishvili has done a very good job in finding the right medication to help reduce the tremors. I understand they will not go away completely, but, they are more manageable now and not a hinderance to my daily activities.

I have had a great experience each and every time I have gone in for an appointment with Dr. B and her staff. She will answer any question I have and take time with me when it is needed. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great and caring doctor. Her staff is very courteous and friendly. They make you feel welcome and while working with you they make you feel like you are the only patient there. A great team. Glad I was referred to them.

I arrived at my appointment five minutes early and waited for thirty to go back. I did the initial review of medical history with the nurse which took about 25 minutes. Then Dr. Bibileishvili came in and re-asked all the questions I had just answered. After sitting in the room by myself in a gown for an hour, I had to step into the hallway and ask to be helped. The whole staff seems to not be on their toes. Not a tight ship.
