I've been a patient of Dr.Jenny for years. She always listens and takes time to explain everything. She is very busy and has a significant patient following. Dr. Jenny is also a leader in her field. I respect her as my physician, I trust her and she's a great christian roll model. Happy Retirement Dr.Jenny I miss you

It's too hard to get an appointment with Dr. Byrd, she is booked very far in advance. Had to leave multiple messages to even TRY to get an appointment. No one ever returns calls. Office has high turnover rate, can not seem to keep employees

Musical nurse practitioners only! Never even saw any doctors! They don't even keep records correctly as i was seen in february but Ramona Goble said I hadn't been seen in 7 months! I was seen monthly to try to get help with the flare ups from my lupus and fybro but was just given allergy pills for all of the butterfly rashes. Total neglect!

I have been a patient of Dr. Jenny Byrd since moving to East TN 16 years ago. During this 16 year period, Dr. Jenny has been conscientious and thorough with my numerous health issues. When I came back from Iraq, suffering from PTSD, her compassion and dedication to helping me adjust and work through my health issues was unbelievable. She monitored and adjusted my medications until the best option was found. She is an example of a Christian servant to every patient. She's a fantastic doctor!

Dr. Byrd is the most caring competent christian doctor I know. I have been her patient for years and can not give her say enough about her skill. There has been no other doctor that treats me as an individual not a number. She will explain to you anything thing you have questions about and does not discount any question as unwarranted. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr.'s Byrd are great....their nurses a different story. From talking loud enough about their weekend of drinking to one actually having an affair with one of my friends husband, they need lots of lessons in respect and tact. They are rude and knowing the one actually bragged about having a 'meeting' with another woman's husband at the office makes me worry which room was actually 'used'. Sad such great Dr.s have such horrible skanky nurses!
