Cancelled 3 of my scheduled appointments back to back. These appointments were scheduled several weeks in advance. Such a shame because Dr. Hall gets 5 stars for being a great Doctor but if it takes months to get in, then what are you supposed to do. Also, nursing staff does not have their act together and they are very rude. I had no choice but to change doctors.

Dr Hall is a caring Dr very professional and down to earth she tells you straight up like it is I she is very caring and passionate doctor I would highly recommend her when you are with her she takes her time with you so if you have to wait a little time that's okay good doctors are hard to find

doctor has way way too many patients. They have mixed up charts with another patient. It takes too long to get an appointment and when you finally get the appointment they always call a day before the appointment and cancel it. If you are lucky enough to actually keep an appointment it takes hours after your appointment time to actually be seen. Absolutely ridiculous!! I am currently looking for a reliable primary care physician for my husband and my daughter. So fed up with this incompetent staff. They deserve zero stars. The only reason Dr. Hall is liked is because she is down to earth and jokes a lot. Kind of like talking to your farmer neighbor. Seriously!
