Always very thorough and careful in diagnosing my problems. Does not hesitate in ordering tests or referrals. Very careful with my prescriptions but keeps me supplied. Never rushes through my appointments.

Great staff and doctor. This is my choice for healthcare going forward. I've had a lot of water pass under my bridge. This is a great office and staff and I haven't met a doctor as attentive as Dr. Coffey in a lot of years. You will be well taken care of here.

This was my first visit. The doctor and staff are fine people. The answering service on the other hand leaves alot to be desired. The corporation that owns Tennova Health has created an awful situation where it is impossible to actually talk to the office. I'm 69 years old and I've NEVER had such trouble in my life. I may have to change doctors if this dosen't smooth out.

While Dr. Coffee and his staff may be great, the company that is Tennova Health is in bad shape. I have to quit this practice and find another primary care doctor. When I call I CAN NOT talk to a person in the office because I get an answering company who will NOT put me through to the office. No matter the situation I have to tell the person who answers my personal problem and then wait for them to get the message to the office. Then wait for a call back. I'm 69, been going to doctors half my life and never experienced such a thing. When I call my doctor I should get his office.

He gave a patient the wrong prescription on something that is genuinely keeping her alive, and told another she was faking because he couldn't figure out the problem. For the expensive price you have to pay, don't go here.
