The visit on the 4th October was good. He went with me into the front office where the employees are who handle appointments and scheduling, and they were to schedule me to visit again on Oct 2th at 2pm. I showed up today for my appointment and one of the employees checked and said I didn't have a followup appointment for today. They are incompetent. I will find another Physician to help me. Layman is a great physician. But his receptionist was extremely rude when I called to inquire about my prescription refill and next appointment time. I work with the public too, and understand things get stressful. But there was no need in her taking her frustrations out on me. I think it would be a good idea to talk to your ladies at the front desk about their attitude towards patients. I've also witnessed them doing the same to other people in person while I've been in the waiting room.

I had a bad experience with dr.Layman some one else's name was on my chart it just got marked through and my name wrote under it my questions didn't get answered and when I talked to the girl 9ver there today she was very rude..I'm stressing wondering if those are actually my test results or someone elses

Dr. Layman and his staff are the very best I have ever seen. He is friendly, caring, and after using him 7 years I have learned how true this is. Through a mastectomy, ullcer surgery and other illnesses, he is a 100 star physician. Love him!

I had to have my gallbladder removed by Dr Layman. I've never had any type of surgery before so I was super nervous but Dr Layman and his staff were awesome!

Dr.. Layman is a great Dr. The ladies behind the counter I heard one curse word and they have had my paperwork that needed to be filled out on March 2 the day I delivered it to them so after continuous calling I'm assuming they're lost now. Wouldn't recommend if you work to go there because you either want get the benefits you work hard and pay for or end up jobless.

I had 2 hernias and was way over weight. Dr. Layman said I need to loose 15 pounds for the surgery to be successful. I probably would never have tried to loose weight, but I wanted those hernias gone. Thanks to Dr Layman I've now lost 40 pounds 😃 since the middle of July.
