Dr. Turnbough is not a thoughtful caring doctor. She let's a front office lady run her practice and talk to patients horribly. My mother has had several conversations about this lady with the doctor and yet she does nothing. I recorded a conversation with her and my mother this week. My mother has Covid and called because she has had a fever for 9 days of 102. The front office lady Kelly talked to my mother like a dog and I will be reporting the recorded phone conversation. As of today my mother now has pneumonia and is dehydrated because this lady wouldn't do her job. (Thanks to a doctor that stepped in and took control of the situation) Truth be known she never told the doctor and never called her back. Her response was if she needs something they will call it in....

If anyone is searching for a PCP, this is the woman to go to. She cares about you, how you’re doing, and your health. She’s not going to sugar coat anything, but it’s for your own good. She is very very smart, competent, and all around an amazing doctor. When I was very sick a couple of months ago, she went above and beyond her call of duty and checked on me every single day to make sure I was getting better and following her course of treatment. She’s dedicated to her job, her patients, and most of all she loves what she does.

Dr. Turnbough is the most thoughtful and caring doctor I have had in my life. I had one doctor in New Orleans that was like she is. She knows her patients. She knows their family problems, and knows the health of her patients. I was there, and she walked in and said, what happened to your cheek? I was unaware it was red and had been scrubbed too hard. She notices and then helps to treat the prob lems. If she knows a good doctor that she would take her family to she will send me there.

My wrist have been hurting me for months. I finally was scheduled a nerve conduction test 7 wks ago and still have not got any results, even if it is ok let me know something. I feel like I have been left suffering in pain for too long. Moving on to another doctor.
