This place is a JOKE. I’ve been taking my kids to Dr. Casama for their well child check ups for almost 2 years, but I can NEVER get in when my kids are sick. I’ve kept my mouth shut for a long time about it, but today I picked my child up from school and she is CRYING because she’s in so much pain. Call Atoka Pediatrics several times to see if they could get her in, no answer. So I drive up there for them to tell me they’re backed up and cannot see my child who is literally bawling in pain. Sick visits aren’t meant to be scheduled out. When a child is sick, they’re sick then, not “oh come in in 3 days”. That’s not how that works. As a former pediatric MA myself, I know this system is jacked up. Do better Atoka Pediatrics. We will be finding a new pediatric clinic ASAP.

The first time I tried taking my child to them, I called to make an appointment several times. Each time, they hung up on me. A month ago, my child got sick, I tried to get them seen or even get something medicine for them and they wouldnt see them for another week. And now, calling them several times in a row and no one even bothers to pick up. Find someone better to take care of your child. Someone who will actually pick up, actually see them when something is wrong, and won't hang up on you. Someone who will actually do their job.

Wish I could give 10 stars!!! The staff at this office are unbeatable! Blair at the front desk, Nurse Danielle, and Dr. Casama go above and beyond. Dr. Casama pays attention to details; Nurse Danielle always remembers us in and out of the office; and Blair waited on me for over an hour so that I could come pick up paperwork one time. These days, no one is immune to being short staffed, but these ladies are doing their best. They can't always answer the phone, but using MyChart is a better way of communication for them. I love watching my kids grow with this group!

All my 3 kiddos see Dr Dorothy Joy Casama since we moved this area. She is patient and listens well. I like the fact that this clinic is local so that I don't have to worry about driving all the way to Menphis. So far I don't have any problems.

All my children have gone here since birth and they've always been amazing. Even after hours, they've made themselves available when my kids are in need. We've never had issues reaching them over the phone on via the message service on the online portal.

This is by far the worst pediatrician office I have ever taken my kids to. Getting ahold of the office is next to impossible as they change their hours as they please but don’t update their answering service stating their hours are from 8am to 6pm. If I could give them negative stars I would. Do not waste your time with this place.

I've used Dr. Casama since my first was born in 2014. We now have 3 children and she's seen them all since birth. The staff and Dr. Casama are all so kind and polite. She's also intact-friendly for my son and doesn't push medicines like some other doctors are known to do. I highly recommend her! I have never once had a problem calling and making appts and it’s been almost 7 years with them. They’re also great about calling back after hours and making room for you same day or ASAP if something is urgent.

Hard to get an appointment, over charges for certain appointments i.e. went in for flu shot and discussed (literally spoke about) the possibility of potty training daughter having a UTI. The doctor did nothing- sent us home with a sample cup to return with. Returned following day in the morning at 11:30 and office was locked and phone system was off. Never got to leave sample and was billed outrageously for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Honestly the worst service.
