I going to find my children a new pediatrician.... because I called to make my children an appointment due to them being sick....so her nurse is going to tell me that I need to take them to fast pace or urgent care if they are sick......don't worry I'll just take them to another pediatrician because you are no longer it

You can never get anyone to answer their phones in the office. Multiple times I’ve dealt with poor customer service from the employees. And you can never seem to get a appointment unless it’s like a month out the way

Never answer the phone no reminder calls never return calls. Dr is never in when I have an appointment either!
