Dr. Murti is good but don’t go see her at the Bartlett location, the women at the desk are very rude and on the phone especially. They called me back with the wrong results and I was already told that the results I was looking for had been faxed the previous day, the lady insisted on arguing with me telling me that she didn’t have anything else, rather than try to find out what I was referring too. She also hung the phone up on me before I was finished talking. You can’t get anyone to do their jobs anymore these days. I’ll never step foot in that office again

I loved Dr. Murti! I'm not going to anyone else after having my first visit. She is so helpful and not at all rushed. She answered any question I had with kindness. She made sure I knew exactly what she was talking about. As a young adult woman, she makes me feel super safe. I loved my visit!

I love DR Murti she is the absolute best’! She listens to you and explains everything to you! I feel so comfortable with her!

Dr Murti is wonderful. She always remembers my entire medical history every visit, and remembers everything personal I've shared with her as well. She treats me like an old friend, and takes exceptional care of me. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I WAS wanting to see this Doctor, being a new patient I've had the office cancel my appointment twice, it's a NO for me. A note 2 myself, keep looking.

Dr. Murti is amazing. The wait time to see her is very reasonable and when she is in the room I feel like I truly have her undivided attention. She is thorough. She wants to know how I am doing, how my family is. She cares. She doesn't rush. She answers questions. She goes above and beyond. Her staff is fabulous as well.

I've never gone to a better Dr!!! She's amazing! She had reviewed my file BEFORE my visit, listened, had a great sense of humor and a real concern for my symptoms! EVERY Dr. should have this lady's ability to make a patient feel cared for and warm! I wish I had found her 20 yrs ago!

I absolutely love Dr. Murti, she has always taken her time to listen to my concerns. She is very understanding, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. However, I will no longer be going to them. Today I called to make an appointment and was told that she is getting really strict about cancellations (which I understand). I know I have cancelled at times due to conflicts with work schedule or personal things but did not realize that they were looking back 3 years. So due to the receptionists' approach and attitude I decided not to go back. She mentioned that Dr. Murti was turning patients away because of this and almost did not give me the appointment. She eventually said, "I will go ahead and put you down", I told her to forget it. I have been going to Dr. Murti for a long time and I understand if this is her new policy, but I cannot accept this type of treatment. I would rather pay cancellation fees than to be treated unfairly and unappreciated. After all this is a business and it is not like they are seeing me for free.

Dr Murti has always been very thoughtful and pleasant. She takes her time and listens to you with true concern.

Dr. Murti is competent, very thorough, not rushed, and all around wonderful. She has helped me so much.
