The appointment setting was the most enjoyable experience. The nurse was VERY helpful and accommodating. The front desk staff was very pleasant, friendly, and accommodating, but OH, after they got you in the room, you're on your own. The doctor was very helpful and informative, but the nurse took HER PRECIOUS TIME. I ended up leaving bc I had to pick my kids up after being there an hour and a half the nurse called and lied like she had already put my meds in...I called the next day and had to leave a message...1 week later...still no meds.

Not only is the wait time and disorganization completely horrible, the staff is worse. I wouldn’t recommend this office to my worst enemy. The staff out right lied, had zero patience for my concerns, and made it clear they did not have time for me. Medical providers should be in the service of helping others. Your patients are not just that, they are also paying customers. An extensive training in customer service for the whole office, including nurses and doctors, is needed!!

So slow on everything! Expect to wait at least an hour.

I never plan on giving anyone a negative review but the appointment staff of this clinic is just something people should be aware of if they really plan on going here. The comments here about the customer service are true. It felt like winning the lottery having my call finally answered and having my appointment down. And I waited a full MONTH to be seen by the physician I preferred to see. As with any clinic I’ve been to, they asked my personal info, insurance credentials, all the info they need to book me. Everything seems to be fine after that. And lo behold, today upon walking in they tell me they don’t take the “PLAN” I have with my insurance provider, but they do work with them. If your clinic has specific limitations like this, it is unprofessional, unacceptable, and inconsiderate that you would only inform the patient upon walking in on the day of their appointment after a MONTH LONG WAIT.

Do not call these people for anything because the chances of you hitting the Powerball jackpot is probably higher than them answering your phone call. Some of the doctors are great. It’s just the appointment staff. They don’t deserve a single star really.

Routine checkup. Friendly staff. Love my doctor. Brief visit but thorough.

Currently still waiting to be seen. Earliest available appointment I did the online check in on the app and got seen by the LPN quickly but it’s been 30+ minutes and I’ve still yet to be seen. I have had no problems with this provider until this (second time). They have refused to refill my medications; I will not be coming back here. I am going to find a different provider. Absolutely ridiculous to wait so long to be seen by the doctor.

Message on mychart said I needed a referral. I called the office I last saw the doctor at. She said I needed to called the office I first saw the doctor at (not his usual location) and transferred me there. I was able to say about 3 sentences before the lady rudely said "WRONG OFFICE!" and transferred me to yet a third office. The third office said I would have to call the referral department and gave me a number. I called it and it went straight to voicemail. I also tried doing all this through mychart, but no one ever replies to the messages.

Arrived early for my appointment and still waited 30 min for doctor to see me once I was brought to the room. Doctor was brief. They were so disorganized the nurse came in and asked me if someone had seen me yet after the doctor left. No guidance provided and no direction there. Switching PCP’s ASAP

Incompetency at its finest. Never experienced a failure at communication on this epic of a scale. 2 weeks in, I’m still sick, multiple times of never being able to reach them by phone. Put on hold 15-20min. Then when you finally get ahold of somebody to schedule an appointment you get wait another week to see them. I’m finding another doctor. And it isnt just me. My wife waited in a room for 2 hours one time and finally had to tell them either refill my script or Im walking out and finding another doctor. They seriously fail at every single task. "Where would like your prescription sent to?" I tell them A and they send it to B. I seriously dont understand why this place hasnt closed up.
