Carrie Louise Dowling's Online Review Report Card

This doctor’s office has horrible customer service. They either don’t answer the phone or place you on hold for an interminable length of time. This is based on three different attempted contacts. If you are looking for a doctor, keep looking.

Leaving for a friend. First, Dr. Dowling has been out of her office for almost two months. It appears that she has all but abandoned her practice. Second, from my own experience, the doctor’s office is extremely difficult to contact. They either do not answer the phone or place you on hold for interminable lengths of time. The service is terrible. Looking for a doctor? Keep looking.

I absolutely love Dr. Dowling. She cares about my health and I love her for taking care of my health. I trust her with my life.

I’ve been going to Dr. Dowling for about 4 years now almost 5 and each of my experiences have always gone well and been pleasant. Dr. Dowling is very personable and the office staff is friendly.

Excellent doctor very friendly and know each patient by name take time to talk with you about you and answer all questions explain your medications when and how to take it. I've been going to dr. Darling for 13 years ever since I got on Medicare and I've been on that 13 years also. I asked Our Father (God)for the best doctor for me and I do believe I was blessed with the best( primary doctor) for me. I am very satisfied I have no intentions of leaving her.

Don't even bother. I jumped through hoops with them and at work to go see them. I get there and they don't even have me in the system. My work is just as important but you can't even be responsible enough to put me in the system after spending 30 minutes on the phone with me when I called to make the appointment. Now I have to wait and find another doctor who will help me. Very unconcerned office and the people who work there have no clue to what they are doing.

I love doctor Carrie. She is very kind and intelligent. Best doctor I've ever had

posting on behalf of one of her patients that's too nice to post it. Been waiting 10 days for some pain relief / answers from this doc. Been for a diagnostic test 6 days ago and she can't be bothered to make time to give me the results. Had labs drawn and also can't make time to give me the results. Called in to the service over a weekend to ask her to call and she never even bothered to return the call or acknowledge that she got one. Absolute lack of patient care. Will be looking for another MD!

Dr. Is very kind and patient with my aunt. He takes the time to listen, which is sometimes time consuming. She is very prompt to call with test results and is very concerned when she detects a problem. We are very lucky to have found her. A few months ago, the dr. Suspected my aunt had pneumonia and called the hospital to say we were coming so we wouldn't have to wait. Wecant say enough good things about her.

This was my first visit at a general doctor in the USA and I had a very good experience. The front desk staff, the nurses and Dr. Dowling were all very nice and helpful. The doctor herself was very accurate, asked a lot of questions and was not in a rush. I am happy with my decision to choose this practise and will for sure go here in the future.
