Took my mom to this doctor a few months ago and he had very poor bedside manners. He came in the room, didn't speak and look over my Mom's toes and went right to clipping with no warning what he was about to do. He was not gentle and appeared to be irritated doing his job. Will Not be going back to Dr. Moinester.

My mom had an appointment on 5/17. Her big toe had a dark ring around it and her toenail was coming off. Dr Moinester was not helpful. Her toe looked worse than before her appointment. Not only was her toe getting darker, her toenail that had been trimmed looked awful. On 5/26 she was admitted to the hospital, her toe was infected. She also had poor perfusion in that leg.

Used him 20 years ago for Morton Neuroma & Hammertoe. When he cut into my foot he fused 4 toes together. The pain is constant. Also, when he operated on my hammertoe, he did not put a pin in it. I have difficulty finding shoes to fit. Constant pain.

The experience was off as soon as we walked in the door. We don’t live near by and where we live there isn’t a mask mandate, we don’t mind wearing one, but when calling to confirm appointment, please mention bringing a mask. Also, the power just went out which wasn’t anyones fault, but filling out paperwork was difficult. Signing your name to words you can barely see. They didn’t have any blinds open till I said something. It’s sprinkling outside, so stepping out wasn’t an option. Many people on staff on their phones and no one had the idea to open the blinds. The whole situation is understandably frustrating, but understand how a patient feels coming into all of that as well. I don’t recommend, because of the staff. The doctor was friendly.

From the moment I walked in the office Dr. Moinester and All Staff were very, very professional and prompt in taking care of my well being and paper. I'm writing them down as my professional family. I will return without hesitation if ever needed and refer those whom I know that could use his professional help.
