I would leave zero stars if that was an options. Brian has been gone for 17 days. That is almost 3 weeks. His memorial service was almost two weeks ago. His dr, Kamel Madaraty just signed the paperwork for Brian’s death certificate TODAY!! That is almost 3 weeks that my husband and my kids daddy has been at the funeral home waiting to be cremated. That is three weeks of waiting on my husband to come back home. The funeral home has contacted him every day for three weeks by phone and fax only to be ignored. I had to call the hospital today and lose my cool because my husband still at the funeral home. I even apologized to the lady in medical records that my anger was not directed towards her but the piece of trash dr. This dr has not only disrespected me and my kids but also my husband.

My wait time in the patient lounge was short. The nurse who escorted me to back, was friendly and took her time taking my vitals. I had a short wait time before Dr. Madaraty came into the examination room. He asked questions with concern and listen patiently, without interrupting me. I was given precise instructions on how to continue to take care of my asthma.
