List of Kashif Latif Md's Reviews
I'm having to switch doctors but it's not the doctors fault it's his staff. They are snippy rude and short. No one ever answers the phone they want you to leave a message but haven't called me back but once after multiple calls. I've text the number on the machine no answers back. Dr latif Is amazing, him and Dr Haque saved me but his staff is deplorable. The only nice lady there us the one who takes the labs.
Poor staff, smart mouth, no call backs and the lack of communication, and understanding. Dr.Latif is a good doctor, but he needs to hire better staff.
I love Dr Latif! He has been treating my Hashimoto's Thyroid Disease for many years! He is very compassionate and knowledgeable! I trust him completely!
Dr Latif has been a great blessing to our family. My daughter has seen him for over 5 years for Hashimotos Thyroiditis. We have been very pleased with his standard of care. He is supportive of integrating dietary changes and natural methods into her care. He does an ultrasound every year on her thyroid to check for cysts or problems. My only complaint is how long our wait can be, especially for the blood draw.
As a patient of more than 5 years, we have never been able to call anyone at this office and get an answer. Every call is to leave a message or send a text. Neither is answered in less than a week. Ever. Need a refill? Ask for it at the original appointment or you’ll run out before you can get someone to give you an appointment. Every time I go to an appointment, half the people there leave angry due to not being notified of a change in time or cancellation of appointment. Latif is great; if you can ever get to speak with him or anyone who can help. It is worse than any provider I’ve ever encountered.
Dr. Latif is great, and one of the best Endocronologist in the city. So my poor rating is not geared towards him. My issue is the staff. Communication is very poor. Twice my daughter needed her meds and the pharmacy never received it. The staff does not respond to the patients needs. I’ve had several issues this office. I’ve had to complain to management once before. I am looking for a new Endocronologist. My daughters health is to important for me to continue to gamble with this office
Absolutely horrible followup and communication with patients and their results of any testing/lab work/diagnostic studies they have had done. Three weeks of no communication/outreach on your behalf is unacceptable. 100% subpar continuity of care and patient care.
Very knowledgeable. His English is excellent.happy to have found him!
I have seen Dr Latif on many appt. he was my doctor from 1999 til 2013. He always was a caring and positive doctor. Went above and beyond for me. The sad thing is the staff. They are rude,Do not give the doctor messages. And just don’t seem to care about the patients. But Dr Latif is a excellent Doctor. I moved away in 2013. That is the only reason I don’t see him anymore. I wish him and his family all the best.
DR LATIF - my doctor until I moved from Memphis to texas - he cannot be replaced , he is the very best . he listens to me and gives me great advice - got my blood pressure under control - great directions for taking my insulin. I will always be grateful to him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
