Bad first impression! I would love to try her because I’ve only heard good things but staff communication is poor. No one has ever communicated nor is it posted on the website (which would be helpful) that you have to see a nurse practitioner before seeing Dr. Cooley so I booked an appointment with her 2 months ago just to be told the day before that they would have to cancel my appointment. They were sending me emails to confirm the appointment and everything but never mentioned needing to cancel until the day before. They told me they would have to cancel because the nurse practitioner that I would have to see before seeing Dr. Cooley is booked and can’t see me until another 3 weeks. I understand being busy and booked with current patients but being considerate of new, potential patients and their schedule would be nice.

I have the most amazing care from Dr.Cooley ! She makes me feel so safe in any decisions she makes for my best interest and she listens to me !!!

Never a rushed visit like most Dr.'s. Some Dr.'s are in & out so fast u forget what to ask them. She takes time to ask/answer any questions or concerns. Dr Cooley is the BEST 😁👍🏽
