This entire facility is amazing....My appointment was 7:50 Am....I barely sat down before being called back by nurse....Chuck removed Cast,Audrey did -X-rays...waited a very short time for Dr. Biggers to come in...He examined me, answered all my questions, discussed PT, and F/U appointment time. Chuck put my lovely black splint on and I was out the door scheduling 6 weeks check up...Barely 30 minutes...Walked across building to PT and got my first PT evaluation set up. This entire group is filled with efficient, professional, caring staff. I will NEVER go anywhere else. LOVE, Love!

It's an absolute pleasure to visit a doctor that actually listens. This facility is so nice, I believe any doctor, physician assistant or admin I speak with will be wonderful.

Everything is lovely as long as you are compliant and unquestioning. When told I was in as much pain 6 months after surgery as before and would a new MRI be helpful, he became rude, impatient and condescending. Refused to consider the surgery was not perfect and may need some additional work. I have had surgery in the past that had to be redone. So, I know not all surgeries are completely successful, but he refused to consider that possibility. It felt like I was being blamed for still being in pain and he was angry at me for stating I was in pain.

Went in to have my knee looked at. Not a long wait, and the doctor was very attentive to my concerns. Would recommend thus facility to anyone needing an orthopedic doctor.
