The front desk help was Very Rude and Condescending! First impressions are everything. I will take my business where I'm welcome and appreciated. I will not only share my experience here but with All my Bartlett/Arlington neighbors and church members. Do Better, Ms. Front Drsk Lady!

I have very normal, professional, and pleasant experiences with the doctor's office. Diagnoses are clear and helpful. Appointments are as easy to get as most medical facilities. I would recommend Dr. Woodbury and team to anyone with dermatological needs.

First visit to this Dermatologist after being a patient at Dr Turner for years. Everyone was very nice. I got in and out in an hour including having work done. Dr Woodbury was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. I plan to keep this office as my Dermatologist.

On 3/31/22 my daughter was seen at this office and the doctor was good but on today I called for an invoice of payments made and the receptionist Michelle stated that they don’t give invoices and that I could not speak with the doctor and that there was no one else I could speak with. I have never heard of a doctor’s office not being able to give an invoice and also never been told I couldn’t speak with someone else about resolving my matter. Very terrible customer service skills.

Great dermatologist! I called to make an appointment and they saw me within the same week. Was in and out of the office with in an hour.

He has some not so great reviews and I would just like to add my experience. He is not overly extroverted nor, should you expect everyone to be. As someone that struggles with anxiety and feeling overwelmed, I enjoyed his calmer personality. He also really knows his stuff. I think he was the most knowledgeable derm I have ever had. His staff also don't have great reviews but they were oober nice. I was also a polite patient so maybe that was the difference. If you are young and scared of the healthcare industry and secret fees and stuff, I would give them a shot. Take care of your health and also wear sunscreen!

I had a great experience. The staff and dermatologist listened to my needs and took care of me!!!! Love this place!!!

Went in today to have a cyst drained that was poorly done last week at another practice in Arlington. My appointment was a 10 a.m and I was sitting in a room discussing the issue with the Drs assistant at 10:02. The assistant was very polite and answered all of my questions. I was seen by Dr. Woodbury a few moments later where he discussed my issue and the options I had moving forward. I decided to have the cyst drained and I truly believe he did everything in his power to make it as painless as possible while completing the task to standards. I hesitated making the appointment because of the reviews so I felt it was absolutely necessary to share my experience. Nice knowledgeable people, beautiful building; not sure what else a patient could ask for. I highly recommend Dr. Woodbury. -J.Nicholson

My wife and I have visited Dr. Woodbury for quite a few years, at two of his offices-- Collierville and Bartlett. He has helped me with an annual dermal physical. For my wife he has diagnosed, biopsied, and excise cancerous tissue immediately. He has histology equipment in his laboratory to section, stain and examine tissues, unlike others who send tissue out and have to wait for an answer. We are pleased with his knowledge and skills. However, I must admit that he's quiet and reserved.

Was very helpful and explained what needed to be done, did 2 outpatient surgeries successfully.
