MId-South Imaging's Online Review Report Card

Absolutely terrible. The office was completely empty and they told me they would not see me. My primary care physician could not get me in on such a short notice so I went there at my primary care doctors advice. They told me that in cases of not being able to get into my doctors office I should visit the ER.That absolutely makes zero sense. What is the point of this office. I was being seen for a small medical issue nothing to go to the ER about.

Waited for 4 hours for them to give me no medicine.

Only gave one star to leave review. Worst front desk staff Ive dealt with in a long time. This location bartlett locationwill be off my list from here on out. Poplar is location much better. Friendlier staffknowledgeable nurses and Doctors.

I had an appt at 4. It is 530 and I’m still waiting. What is the point of making an appt? Also do you really think it’s a good idea to let people wait around in the 95 degree heat?

There so kind and thoughtful they really do take care of you

We sat in the car for a 3 hr wait for my sister to be seen for congestion and bad cough that took 6 hours She had a negative covid result just this morning. It is now 516 and we are 15 min away from it being a 6 hr wait. She just had spinal surgery a week ago is in a neck collar with hip pain from a bone graft taken from there and is sick. Shes 68. Im 71 with back issues and my sciatic nerve in my right hip is about to jump out and slap me upside the head for sitting so long. After 5+ hrs and knocking on the back door because they are closed and wont answer the phone to get an idea of how much longer itd take the nurse came out a bit tiffed because someone dared knock on the door to say they were seeing patients. Within 10 minutes the doctor showed up checked her out diagnosed her with bronchitis ordered her meds and we were finally out of there. We still cant make the numbers wash as we were there at 1130 there were 34 cars with people waiting and 3 walked in after her. The doctor took less than 10 minutes to see her so how did it take 6 hours to see her?? No explanations from them.I went to another Baptist Minor Med on Germantown Rd 2 days before same symotoms with a possible 3 hr wait. They called a couple of times to keep me informed. Though they didnt accept the neg covid test Id just had and did their own I was gone in 2 12 hrs.We called them first but were told to call back at 1. We thought going to this location at 1130 would be quicker than a 3 hr wait beginning at 100 at the Gtown location.Something just doesnt add up If their priorities are caring for the sick they need more help and a big dose of compassion. The doctor was nice and efficient but getting to see her was a nightmare.

This was the worst dr office I’ve ever been to in my life front fest staff was rude and I had to wait 5 hours which is ridiculous because there were no other ppl waiting to be seen I’m only giving 1 star because I can’t give 0 or a neg num

Treated me like I was a germ. Tested me again for covid both times negative made my nose bleed. came in for sinus infection with swollen nostrils for five days. very uneducated nurses doctors. it’s like cold flu allergies etc didn’t exist before covid

My wife waited 3 hours just to TALK to a doctor after being sent here by the other Baptist Minor Med in Olive Branch. They asked her the SAME question about 5 times because they apparently couldn’t get their information correct or written down. If you come here be prepared to spend half of your day here.
