Dr. Filipcic has been my doctor for many years. I had to leave the area for a bit, and when I got back to the area, I had tried a number of doctors, and just when I was loosing faith in doctors, I found out she was taking me insurance and I went back to her. She listens, she makes a plan, and we go forward. I've had issues with the Bartlett staff, but no so with the Cordova staff.

I am so disappointed with this doctor. I took my mom to Dr. Filipcic the very next day as a follow-up after taking my mom to the ER the night before. I guess due to COVID, the ER did not admit my mom or do adequate testing like they did the last time my mom had this same life threatening illness. I had been seeing another doctor in the group, but one day my doctor was not available and Dr. Filipcic was. I have never seen a more attentive doctor or one that made me feel as comfortable as she did. Maybe it was because my other doctor was a male but if someone makes me feel comfortable enough to get a Pap smear done, then that's something. Especially since I have not had one since the late 90's. She is very attentive and knowledgeable regarding women's needs.

I hate going to the doctor and have not always been the most compliant patient, however I've seen Dr. Filipcic for years and have always found her to be an excellent primary care physician. She is calm and is willing to listen to my comments and concerns. She never acts like she's in a hurry, and she is not a doctor that is overly anxious to write a prescription. I have moved out of Memphis, but continue to make the drive to see her.

Really warm personality, professional, and listens to her patient. Puts the wheels in motion for what services and of referrals you need without making you feel like you have to beg or argue for it. Outstanding.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Filipcic to my friends and family. She has been my doctor for about 10 years and I absolutely love her! She really knows her stuff! She communicates with you in a way that makes you feel valued as her patient. She's makes a doctor's visit less stressful.
