Dr. Lonergan has treated me for several years — mainly knee issues. I recently had an arthroscopy with lateral release. Dr. Lonergan is always professional, conservative in his approach and understanding of those who are trying to live active lifestyles. He is very knowledgeable, and I always trust his treatment plan.

I did have to call about my physical therapy that was supposed to be scheduled, but after I called Jenny they called that night. It is going to take 3 weeks to get the first appointment which I thought was a little lengthy, but all in all it has been a good experience since there were no bone issues. I would have been concerned if there had been bone issues and then had to wait 3 weeks for therapy. I liked the doctor and he was not trigger happy about any surgery, gave me other option to try first so that made me feel good.

Relatively new to Memphis area and had been unsuccessful in finding a new ortho surgeon. Dr. Lonergan and his staff unlike previous practices actually listened to determine my underlying cause of pain and a thorough plan was developed for treatment.. He answered all my questions without rushing and in an easily understandable manner. I feel that my treatment is a team effort. I had just about given up. So grateful I found Dr. Lonergan and Ortho South.

Dr Lonergan on q first meet, I was very satisfied, a doctor who listen and then treat. He eased some fears of mine when it comes to getting shots in my knees. He is a keeper and I'm glad I was given him due to a cross up at his front desk of miss scheduled.

Came in for a problem with my foot and walked out with a boot. From the front desk attendant to the X Ray Tech to the lady with the boot to the Doctor all staff were wonderful and very kind.
