They need to be more punctual. Over an hour late for blood work is unacceptable.

Unfair, punished for honesty and being truthful.They didn't talk to me when they falsely jumped to changing my meds. Really appreciate how Jennifer Cupp's Nurse yelled at me, rude, lied about my mother called 2 times just helping me have refills that should of already been done but I had to go to the appointment for refills plus I passed urine test and wasn't given refills. Why did I have to REMIND Jennifer Cupp?!? Being judged for making a wrong decision like everybody is perfect huh?!?! I see how much they value honesty and the truth. DIRTY. I went there for 6/7 years now I know the Family Nurse Practitioner does not care for her patients. I was done terribly wrong!!!!!!!
